well i must say i am addicted to World War II Stuff, let it be games history and books and so on.

a must read thing is Stephen Ambrose books (yes he wrote band of brothers)

And the Richard Winters book Beyond Band of Brothers: The War Memoirs of Major Dick Winters.

And Beyond the Rhine, Seven Roads to Hell, Currahee!: A Screaming Eagle at Normandy, and The Road to Arnhem: A Screaming Eagle in Holland by Donald R. Burgett.

These arent fiction, its facts and thats what intresst´s me.

Every new war game seems "lame" to me because it has no meening imo. Even if i play a WWII game i can still remember them people who fought and died for world peace.
These new games lack a background and i cant like em because of that.

World in Conflict is pretty darn fun, anyone who downloads the demo feel free to add me in it (as Lithic, no suprise there), been hanging around since the closed beta, not decided yet if I'm gonna pick up the full game though to be honest. Razz

I know, its so usual for military GQ to place strategic points next archeological places...

They are so stupid as noone take care about it during war.
