Damned right Rudrago!
When we first set it all up, it was envisaged that the casual clowns would set up their own raids.
The only difference between them and the raid team is that they wouldnt have to commit to anything like prep, gear levels or a certain number of nights per week.
Make it happen.

I can't commit to raiding in anyway shape or form. I'm still in a cast until the 27th of this month and in 8 weeks we are moving house. 2 weeks later our 5th baby is due
We will be without internet for a period after the move.

This has been discussed a number of times. I haven't checked but I'm sure those who offered to join an organised casual raid and offer their input and experience from the raiders side would still do that if asked.
Of course if you get enough people together that it's not necessary then all the better
