Hum... Is bringing the Exalted / CLOWN issue on table is the reason of the sanction, I can do nothing else than to disagree. As already written, he might have said things in a wrong way, but he did say what a lot of us felt.
For example, it's the only place where someone came to post that Exalted was open to anyone wanting to apply. So it did solve some of the questions CLOWNs (not WoW but CLOWN in general) players had. I think that is really a good point... Because let's face it: the issue was there and I personnally felt quite sad to see that once more I would not be able to play with my friends for some obscure reasons... Sasch didn't invent anything!
It doesn't justify that sometimes it was said in an agressive way, that I understand. Even if some might say it wasn't really that bad, we must focus more on how the others felt it. And if someone got hurt, it's being mature to say after a bit rest "I'm sorry, was just a bit too tense". But that's another story
I think we should close the subject and that the sanction should be cancelled. The most important thing of all was to clearly state to Sach that some people felt uncomfortable. This has been done, in a hard way. I guess he knows that know. And I don't see the point to keep that sanction. Keeping out of the fight (because I don't know what happened) I can tell only one thing: should that have happened to me, it would have mean a very hard blow to my heart and a definitive goodbye to CLOWN.
Futhermore I think that this sanction is inappropriate as wa already saw in the other post: demoting to student is not an option and is hurting our students feelings.
I also think it's bad if the argument happens with council members as they are the ones that decide what will happen. Council must remain neutral, which is not the case now. Careful, I don't condemn it!!!!! Should I be in council and get in a argument, I would certainly not remain neutral either
Noone can in fact, otherwise it would not be an argument. But that point is what I will badly translate as a "conflict of interest".
But that's my idea... Peace out there
