You will be able to access the quotes as a super moderator btw. Just hit "submission" or any of them links, will get ya to the another login screen..

Am I the only one that miss the central Latest posts type thingy on the main page? It was neat! Smile

I suggested it was to be removed, since the boxes to the left now are working as intended. The main thingy took a lot o space as well (least imho). Theres still a link to it in the menu though.

I don't mind putting it back. To be honest it's not as if we'll use the front page all that much, if the front page of the old site is anything to go by! Very Happy

What Id like to propose is to move the "shoutbox" and the "who?where? box" below the menu (to the left) and the "last topics" & "last posts" boxes to the right. Imho, they would all fit bettter that way.

ps. the admin box can go below the "who? where?" box

Ah alrighty, didnt see it in the menu there, I guess that's fine. As long as we actually use the main page for something productive atleast, if we dont we might as well have that there as a 5 months old 'news' item. Wink

I also think the new blocks positions is somewhat of an improvement, if nothing else I dont have to scroll down to see any of them except the 'Who? Where?' one. Very Happy

Was initially a bit confused but its just what you're used to I guess.

Will be adding a calendar mod so will need to find room for an "upcoming events" block as well as the "clownish words" block (once I track down the guy who's made it - his website doesn't have it anymore).

Can also have a random pic block.

Not sure whether that and the clownish words block is really worth it however. Each block takes up space and uses database queries so slows down the site a bit. The clownish words section on the old site doesn't seem to be too up to date and the random pics section didn't even work (as everyone kept saying!) Wink
