CANNOT FIND BROWSEUI.DLL
I just got an empty screen.. I was getting a bit concerned since I thought I'd loose ALL MY COMPOSITIONS in my compter etc.
Then I did the thing every noob does in panic:
CTRL+ALT+DEL
And here we go, I got teh processes list.
After many minutes of hard thinking I was like:
"I gotta get a BROWSEUI.DLL somewhere ffs!"
Ok, I dont have the WIndows XP CD...I can't open the internet...I can do nothing!! AARGGh
But then: HEUREKA, I got Firefox.
So I rummage through millions of folders and finally find it. Double click and GO!
Yeaaaa, I got on the net!
Google: Browseui.dll --> found --> download ready --> open with winzip
but where should I put it...umm, umm...
goes to Windows Support page: search WIndows XP Browseui.dll --> l
A long list of what to do..."use your CD, go to prompt..do this do that..." which i dont even look at.
then there is "and replace the browseui.dll at "/WINDOWS/System32/.."
