Pagors Diary test (for those who cares that is)

Woke up about 11:30Is today, tired as usual and it feels like i havent sleept in years but i am getting used to that feeling.

Boils some water due to me stoped drinking coffe and started tea instead, it was after talking to slinver some weeks ago after i got hit in the head with an iron skewer and got a cuncussion i started to drink tea.

Mainly Green tea cause it supposed to be good for you they say, its one step in my "i aint ganna get fat again" campain and i try to take care of myself instead of abusing my poor old body

Its VERY easy to put on some extra kilos (not pounds) when your gf/wife is pregnant, they say its because you prepair yourself for harder times, the extra kilos that is (its true it must be iv read it in the papers)

went out and got the mail (postmanmail that is) and i got happy, finaly i got an appointment at the kiropractor´s, thursday november the 2 at 17:30 .

Happy me, my back is killing me or i shouldent say back only the ligaments and some od bleeding i get between my shoulders due to work.

i know i cant sleep so much tomorrow, i need to get some smaller nails for the frames i am putting up in alexanders room so we finaly can wallpaper it and send him in in his own room instead of lying in our bedroom, but at the same time i like that, i like waking up with his foot stuffed between my cheaks !!!!! (laughs) and when i remove his foot he puts it back again, so then i can only turn around and try to sleep some more.

ohh well.
last work day tomorrow and i am starting the night shift on sunday Hoooraaaayy !!!

best time to sleep i must say is during the days, nothing can wake me up nooothing ! but then again, you arent human for 7 days when you work nights.

Today was a good day at work, no to much to do, and i dident burn myself a single time, just the od smell of burning clothes but no pain today.

Called Cathrine and said that i wasent ganna get fired (layed of ) and that was a huge relife for her to.

the worst thing with working shift´s is that you miss out on your family, but then again you arent home and bugging your wife so Smile

Got the ultrasound pics of my son to be also, ohh what a joy i say a small small human laying there and kicking his mother just waiting to be born, i want to have may kids, but i cant force cathrine to give birth to more then she wants so Smile

My father has 7 so that is my goal to Smile

I wanna IP ban Ring or something, but if it's possible at all it seems my moderator powers dosent extend to that. To be honest I dont even know if it would make a difference considering how many IP addresses he seems to have used in the past.

I can ban these en-masse but then legit users may be caught if these are dynamic IPs assigned to an ISP that other users use.

The other options are to:
- Delete the posts when we see them (current policy).
- Only allow registered users.

Until it gets so bad that we can't keep deleting these posts as there are too many, I vote just deleting spam.
