I had a minor setback at Mcdonalds today ! Smile

I was only going to eat a Bigtasty, but it became 1 tasty 2 cheeseburgers and one chocolate donut !

But hey it feelt daaaamn good ! Smile

wohooo made a landmark today...95kg, dunno what i started on but its atleast a 10kg wieght loss (more like 15 i guess), and finally the weather is hear so now im gone start to excercise a bit aswell.

10 more to go ....

i still have much to loose though Sad

took like 100 pics and one came out alright :D...and everyone looks good in black and white Wink

and a few tricks in photoshop.

No diet here. Just eat a tad less junk - and move more...and stick to it Smile

and one plate....and one pizza...instead of like i did before...first eating mine, then the kids half......
