and i dont want to stir anything, why cant i get a proper answer to my questions, from anyone, from the council, please
|
Apart from the exact nature of the two warnings you've had answers for the rest, haven't you?
We spoke yesterday and you said you'd have like the council to have spoken to you on TS about it. I asked you if (judging by your posts) you'd have been shouting at the council.
You said "probably", and I suggested that it wouldn't have helped in that case. You agreed.
I have a screenshot of this part btw, can post it if you've forgotten that part.
Someone else will have to determine what warnings you've had and for what as I wasn't around for that part, but to be honest.. does it matter at this point?
You know the things you've done in the past, you know you deliberately provoked this Exalted argument both on these forums and in guild chat.
People have been kicked before over this sort of stuff. I can even remember a full clown being kicked over things like this.
As I said to you yesterday:
As far as I know, no CLOWN has ever been demoted. The Council's only real option has been to kick people from the guild. The very fact that the Council found a different way to deal with this shows that the Council wants you in the guild, appreciates that you have done good things for CLOWN in the past and wants you to have the chance to prove yourself to the guild again.
Edit: Didn't need to type all that, hehe. Thx for posting the screenies

and Ulf, do thing i feel good about this? do you think you and me will be playing together and have fun in the future after this, i just wanted the best for clown and i admit i did it the wrong way, i might have been an ass for 2 years i have been playing with clowns, CLOWN where that firs guild i joined on Skullcrusher, so everything i have done with clown and for clown is shite?
(this is not a provokative post, i just want to know) |
To be honest I would actually like that very much. But its upto you.
And one more thing. If you did not learn anything from the last time "you where never warned but just ulf being drunk and kicked you" Iam very dissepointed.
If you dont agree with the councils decision I will suggest a meeting on TS as you want too where we can get to the bottom with this.
BUT
if you keep flaming this topic and make it even worse then I really dont see what is to discuss?

Know I should not post, but as Crow is far away from me......
Muahha!
Not gonna post my thoughts about the current situation or people involved.
Not my place.Neither do I know all the details to it.
As for the punishment......
Student is something ur supposed to work hard to get to.
Lots of people have been students for a long time, and have up until this been looked at as and told they are equals of the full CLOWNs.
After this.. It looks as a student does not have to meet the requirements of CLOWN.
Wich isn't how I read the ranks of this guild... But then. Then, that's just me.....

No it isn't.
For someone's punishment to be demoted to MY status... is a lil hurtful.
Guess there is a big difference between FULL clowns and students anyway.

i read this and get realy sad.
To summon this up (in i peeked way), we cant post anything that might be of a provocativ nature...? Meaning topic that ppl my have strong feelings about in a negativ way.
The post sasc. started is only things some of us have been talking about befor. he is only the one putting the words in here.
It is sad to see how we from now on have to be cearfull of what we post in here.
Are we from now on only ment to be a lightheaded guild who only talk of the glory and niz thoghts?
I'm only a student, and i dont know if this is going to be bad for me... but i need to speak my mind sometimes. I dont feel this to be a good thing to do. I play a lot w sasc. i tho he is a SWE he's i good boy... and i like playing w him.

Ouch...
Have to post on this. You know I'm the kind of guy that can't shut up (sadly enough )
First time I hear about "demotion to student". I understand it can be difficult to accept for the one being that for some time. I think this should not be used. Warning is enough and should be done first out of other CLOWN eyes. Final warning can be open to see what everybody has to say about it. Last step is kick... But it's really the worst case
People have been kicked in the past? Yes! For having expressed things that frustrated them? Not! For behaving seriously different from what is our way of playing and behaving together. This happens when the council and other CLOWNs consider that there is no way we can go back to cooldown situation. I remember Filth in UO that really messed things up, and AF that had serious arguments with some of his fellows. Second time I know was harder, with lots of discussions before we came to a decision. I don't feel the same in this case, but maybe I'm wrong...

I don't agree with this negative feedback!!!! In fact I think it's good that some people post what others are saying. Happened so much in the past already that people talk over and over again to finally leave the guild because it is "no longer meeting what we wanted". So it's good to say when something is wrong, it's great to say when you don't feel happy with something. It gives the opportunity to others to say that they agree with this point. Why should someone remain silent when we're walking on fuel? I think the worst to do is to ignore it and wait that it blows up. I nevertheless agree there is a way to post this type of message. Maybe one should think twice before writing its thoughts. But when you are frustrated with something, you tend to forget about it (happened to me in the past sooooooooooo many times).
Finally, the argument. I don't know what has been said to Morri, Slin or Saurze. In fact I don't want to as I know that tone can go up once you don't agree with someone. But it's just an argument and I would invite both parties to just cool down, wait a bit, and rediscuss the same topic when things are a bit more "round".
Saurze, Slin, Morri, I know you can take distance to that, so I'm not scared of anything
Sasch, I would just say one thing to you: just breath deep and cool down Posting screenshots and arguing about what has been said yesterday or the day before, never helped in anything. It's not theoretical, it's a fact: I did it before you! You'll just have a big fight and you'll feel sorry in not much more than a week. And though with CLOWNs all tends to come back to happiness around a pie, it's better to avoid one bad week. So bite a little bit on it while drinking some big pints And if you feel like talking abouty this, just send a tell in game and we'll chat a bit Now close this subject, forget about the argument, don't expect the council to give you a "full justification report" and play with your friends. And in the future, never shut up when you have something on your heart. Just think about your words, but shoot
